Special troubleshooting notes on using the online reservations above: -
On some computers, if you click on one date, then later try another date, it may seem "stuck" on the first date. Closing the browser completely ("X" out) and reloading seems to clear this up and allow you to load a different reservation date. -
If you ever have trouble, try calling the reservation line - often the online site appears "sold out" when there still are rooms available. -
Special room choices (Combo suite / Village Suite) are often available only by calling reservations and sell out quickly. -
Deadlines are generally 30 days before each event, so if it is past the deadline, link may no longer be available. Some limited rooms may still be available. Call reservations to see if they can still get you in. -
